"All Physical forms must be completed by a physician on or after November 7, 2010 and turned in to the Panther organization, no later then July 15th, 2011".

Registration Fees consist of the following:
$225.00/Football Players - $175.00/Cheerleaders
$50.00 discount/child for multi-child families |
